Kaardil katab Mäeküla järv 62 hektarit, kaldajoont 4.5 km. Kaldajoon on mõõdukalt liigestatud (indeks 1.6). Kogu veekogu on madalam kui ~5 m — taimestik ja söödakala kaldast kaldani. Otsast otsani mõõdab veekogu umbes 1.8 km, kõige laiemas kohas 0.6 km. Lähim kaardistatud veekogu on Veisjärv, 4.8 km kagusse.

The spring pattern is a shallow one: european perch in 1 to 3.5 m. The depth story barely changes: 1 to 3.5 m through summer, 1 to 3.5 m in winter. Top water on the chart: Deep basin, a deep basin in the 3.5 m range, prime in fall. Time it for early morning. Summer baits: a drop-shot micro plastics or a small crankbait (perch pattern) gets it done.
Depth note: when a documented seasonal range extends below this chart, the table shows the deepest mapped working water, not a verified holding depth.

Throw a bucktail or a weedless spoon over cabbage until the fish tell you otherwise.
