The spring pattern is a shallow one: bleak in 0.5 to 3 m. As the season builds they drop to 0.5 to 4.5 m, wintering in 3 to 10 m. Top water on the chart: Break off the point, a drop-off in the 6.5 m range, prime in fall. Time it for early morning and the evening. Summer baits: a tiny surface fly or a micro spoon gets it done.

Spring european perch on Raku järv hold shallow, usually 1 to 3.5 m. They move out to 2.5 to 8.5 m in summer and finish the year down in 3.5 to 10 m. When the water first warms, northern pike slide up into 0.5 to 2.5 m. Summer is a 2.5 to 6 m game here, winter a 1.5 to 4.5 m one. Start at Shallow bay flat. It's a weed flat holding about 0.5 m of water and rates prime come spring. The feeding windows run early morning and the evening. Keep a bucktail or a weedless spoon over cabbage rigged through the warm months.
