278-acre lake in Parry Sound District, Ontario. The lake tops out around 13 ft. The depth chart comes from Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry bathymetric survey data, so the contours are survey-derived rather than computer-modeled. The depth data here comes from the Ontario MNRF survey of 1941, a decades-old survey (an MNRF lake survey). Every species below gets its seasonal read from the same numbers driving the chart.
The drawn water covers 278 acres wrapped in 3.5 miles of bank. A middling shoreline index (1.5) gives it some bays to work without being a maze. Every acre of it sits shallower than ~15 ft: one big littoral zone, cover and forage throughout. End to end it runs roughly 1.2 mi, about 0.7 mi across. Parry Sound District claims this one.
