36,739-acre Hara and Kolga Bay. North Estonia coastal fishing map with an exact official national water-body boundary, EMODnet 2024 official Estonian E50M hydrographic DTM / traceable CDI assessed contours, source-assessed fishing spots, official regional fish evidence, seasonal forage guidance, public-access review and current-rule links. Official Estonian WFD named coastal assessment water in Eastern Gulf of Finland. This child is clipped to the exact source polygon and a trip-scale ownership window. Coverage classes and uncertainty limits are disclosed; this is a fishing-planning chart, not a navigation chart or catch forecast. The water tops out around 110 m. The depth chart comes from EMODnet, with national hydrographic source-reference audit bathymetric survey data, so the contours are survey-derived rather than computer-modeled. Species by species, here's what the data says the year looks like.
Veekogu joonistub 14 853 hektari suurusena, kallast 49.2 km. Nõgu on lihtne (kaldaindeks 1.1) — peaaegu kauss, seega sügavusjooned loevad rohkem kui kallas. Umbes 1% pinnast on madalam kui ~5 m — seal elab toiduahel. Otsast otsani mõõdab veekogu umbes 15 km, kõige laiemas kohas 14 km. Lähim kaardistatud veekogu on Hara and Kolga Bay - Central West, 11.3 km edelasse.

Occurrence evidence does not promise a catch or establish that retention is legal. Current seasons, closures, protected species, gear rules and local restrictions always control. The roster may combine exact-water monitoring with habitat-filtered official regional evidence; it does not imply that every species is equally abundant throughout the mapped section.

Come spring, look for european perch tight to the bank in 1 to 3.5 m. They move out to 2.5 to 8.5 m in summer and finish the year down in 3.5 to 10 m. Best bite is early morning. A drop-shot micro plastics or a small crankbait (perch pattern) is the honest summer answer here.

| Kevad | 1 to 3.5 m | midday & dawn | open water | Small jig + curly tail, Inline spinner #1-2 |

| Sügis | 3 to 10 m | midday | open water | Jigging spoon (small), Drop-shot on deep flats |
| Talv | 3.5 to 10 m | midday & dawn | open water | Tungsten jig + maggots, Small balance jig |
Early season northern pike use the shallows, holding in 0.5 to 2.5 m. Summer is a 2.5 to 6 m game here, winter a 1.5 to 4.5 m one. Best bite is early morning and the evening. Tie on a bucktail or a weedless spoon over cabbage and you're in the game.
| Hooaeg | Sügavus | Parim aeg | Alusta siit | Landid |

| Talv | 1.5 to 4.5 m | midday | open water | Large jigging spoon |
Come spring, look for zander tight to the bank in 1 to 4.5 m. They move out to 4.5 to 11 m in summer and finish the year down in 6 to 12 m. If you only fish one area, make it Offshore hump: an offshore hump around 12 m that scores good in winter. Best bite is the evening and early morning. A vertical softbait over humps or a deep crankbait is the honest summer answer here.
| Hooaeg | Sügavus | Parim aeg | Alusta siit | Landid |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Kevad | 1 to 4.5 m | dusk & dawn | open water | Softbait on jighead (10-12 cm), Shallow crankbait at dusk |
| Suvi | 4.5 to 11 m | dusk & dawn | Offshore hump (12 m) | Vertical softbait over humps, Deep crankbait |

| Talv | 6 to 12 m | dusk & dawn | Offshore hump (12 m) | Slow blade bait |
When the water first warms, atlantic herring slide up into 1.5 to 7.5 m. Summer is a 4.5 to 15 m game here, winter a 6 to 18 m one. The feeding windows run early morning and the evening. Keep a herring feather rig or a small silver jig rigged through the warm months.

|---|---|---|---|---|
| Kevad | 1.5 to 7.5 m | dawn & dusk | open water | Small herring feather rig, Micro jig rig |

Season dates, license requirements, and size and bag limits for Estonia waters are set by the Keskkonnaamet (Estonian Environmental Board coastal fishing rules) — and special regulations can apply to Hara and Kolga Bay - North specifically, so confirm the current rules before you fish. Before every Estonian coastal trip, check the current Keskkonnaamet fishing-right requirements, protected-species rules, seasonal closures, river-mouth restrictions, minimum sizes, gear limits and any area-specific conservation measures. A mapped contour, fishing-spot marker, species roster or nearby harbour is planning context only. It never grants fishing or retention rights, shoreline entry, parking, launching access, permission to enter a port, or safe-navigation clearance; local signs, land ownership, weather, ice and vessel traffic still control.
