321-acre lake in Norway. The lake tops out around 40 m. The contours are modeled from the water's real shoreline and maximum depth. Treat them as a rough guide, and never use them for navigation. What the data behind the map says about each species, season by season:
The spring pattern is a shallow one: brown trout in 1 to 7.5 m. Midsummer fish sit out in 7.5 to 18 m before dropping to 1.5 to 11 m for winter. The spot to know is Break off the point, a drop-off in about 18 m of water that rates prime for brown trout in summer. Plan around after dark and early morning in the warm months. Summer baits: a spoon at the thermocline or a deep stickbait (night) gets it done.

Come spring, look for european perch tight to the bank in 1 to 3.5 m. They move out to 2.5 to 8.5 m in summer and finish the year down in 3.5 to 10 m. If you only fish one area, make it Shallow bay flat: a weed flat around 2 m that scores prime in spring. Best bite is early morning. A drop-shot micro plastics or a small crankbait (perch pattern) is the honest summer answer here.
