152-acre lake in Vilas County, Wisconsin. The lake tops out around 14 ft. The contours come from a model of the real basin shape and its known max depth. Read them as probabilities, not soundings, and keep them out of navigation decisions. What the data behind the map says about each species, season by season:
On the chart, Voyageur Lake draws 152 acres inside 5.6 miles of shoreline, broken up by an island. With a shoreline index of 3.3, this water is all arms and coves — edge habitat well beyond its acreage. All of it is shallow-zone water — under ~15 ft across the entire basin, so the food chain has the run of the place. Figure 1.1 mi of water from one end to the other, 0.7 mi at the beam. The water lies in Vilas County. For a second option, Scattering Rice Lake lies 1 mi north.
When the water first warms, walleye slide up into 4 to 14 ft. There's no big seasonal slide here — summer means 4 to 14 ft, winter 4 to 14 ft. Start at Break off the point. When the water first warms, yellow perch slide up into 3 to 12 ft. By summer they slide out to 4 to 14 ft, and by winter most fish are in 4 to 14 ft. If you only fish one area, make it Shallow bay flat: a weed flat around 3 ft that scores prime in spring. In summer the feeding windows fall in early morning. Keep a drop-shot micro plastics or a small spoon tipped with worm rigged through the warm months.

Spring puts muskellunge in skinny water — 3 to 12 ft is the zone. As the season builds they drop to 4 to 14 ft, wintering in 4 to 14 ft. Fall muskellunge concentrate at Break off the point, a prime-rated drop-off around 6 ft. Warm-month bites cluster around the evening and early morning.
