177-acre lake in Algoma District, Ontario. The lake tops out around 84 ft. The chart is a model: real shoreline, published maximum depth, interpolated in between. A planning tool, never a navigation product. Here is how the season plays out for each species, straight from the data behind the map.
On the chart, Spruce Lake draws 181 acres inside 4.1 miles of shoreline. A development index of 2.2 means a maze of bays and points: far more casting targets than a round bowl of the same size. Roughly 68% of the water is 15 ft or less as modeled, the band where the food chain lives. Figure 1.3 mi of water from one end to the other, 0.5 mi at the beam. The water lies in Algoma District. For a second option, Quintet Lakes lies 2 mi west.

Spring brook trout concentrate at Shallow bay flat, a good-rated weed flat around 6 ft. Fish it in early morning and the evening and you'll meet the bite. You won't need more than a small spoon fished deep or a trolled lake-clear wobbler + worm most summer days.
