When the water first warms, kokanee slide up into 10 to 30 ft. By summer they slide out to 30 to 70 ft, and by winter most fish are in 20 to 80 ft. Keep a dodger + pink/orange squid on downrigger or a kokanee bug + corn rigged through the warm months.

Early season burbot use the shallows, holding in 25 to 70 ft. Expect a summer slide to 50 to 120 ft, then a winter hold in 15 to 60 ft. Put Deep basin first on the milk run — a deep basin near 98 ft that grades prime for summer. In summer the feeding windows fall in after dark and midday. Tie on a heavy jig + cut bait and you're in the game.
