400-acre lake in North Okanagan Regional District, British Columbia. The lake tops out around 189 ft. The depth chart comes from published agency bathymetric survey data, so the contours are survey-derived rather than computer-modeled. Here is how the season plays out for each species, straight from the data behind the map.
The drawn water covers 400 acres wrapped in 5.5 miles of bank. A middling shoreline index (2) gives it some bays to work without being a maze. About 33% of the surface sits shallower than 15 ft — that's the weed-and-bait zone. Figure 2.2 mi of water from one end to the other, 0.5 mi at the beam. North Okanagan Regional District claims this one. If the bite dies, Square Lake is 2 mi to the east.
Come spring, look for rainbow trout tight to the bank in 5 to 20 ft. They move out to 8 to 30 ft in summer and finish the year down in 8 to 40 ft. If you only fish one area, make it Main-lake point: a point around 1 ft that scores good in spring. Best bite is early morning and the evening. A dodger + spoon (deep troll) or a flutter spoon is the honest summer answer here.

Spring puts yellow perch in skinny water — 3 to 12 ft is the zone. As the season builds they drop to 10 to 30 ft, wintering in 15 to 35 ft. Spring yellow perch concentrate at Shallow bay flat, a prime-rated weed flat around 1 ft. Warm-month bites cluster around early morning. A drop-shot micro plastics or a small spoon tipped with worm covers the summer program.
