Traced from the shoreline, Larks Lake runs 614 acres with 3.9 miles of edge. Nearly circular (index 1.1), so the story is the bottom, not the bank. There is no deep basin to speak of — the entire surface is under ~15 ft, prime weed water end to end. Figure 1.2 mi of water from one end to the other, 1.1 mi at the beam. The water lies in Emmet County. For a second option, Wycamp Lake lies 4 mi northwest.
