On the chart, Lake Bryan draws 751 acres inside 10.7 miles of shoreline. A development index of 2.8 means a maze of bays and points: far more casting targets than a round bowl of the same size. 23% of the surface is littoral (under ~15 ft) — cover, weeds and forage water. The spring pattern is a shallow one: crappie in 2 to 8 ft. Midsummer fish sit out in 10 to 25 ft before dropping to 15 to 35 ft for winter.
