440-acre reservoir near Ponce. A deep flood-control and water-supply reservoir above Ponce on the Río Cerrillos, noted for big peacock bass alongside largemouth, tilapia and catfish. The outline encloses 351 acres, worked by 10.5 miles of shoreline. An index of 4 puts the bank firmly in maze territory: point after pocket after cove, every one a casting target.
