The drawn water covers 97 acres wrapped in 1.8 miles of bank. At index 1.3 the outline is almost a bowl — read the depth changes, not the shoreline. All of it is shallow-zone water — under ~15 ft across the entire basin, so the food chain has the run of the place. Figure 0.8 mi of water from one end to the other, 0.3 mi at the beam. Come spring, look for brook trout tight to the bank in 1 to 3 ft. Through summer count on 1 to 3 ft; the winter hold is 1 to 3 ft. If you only fish one area, make it Deep basin: a deep basin around 3 ft that scores prime in summer. Best bite is early morning and the evening. A small spoon fished deep or a trolled lake-clear wobbler + worm is the honest summer answer here.
