1,696-acre lake near Québec. The lake tops out around 160 ft. The depth chart is built from real state fisheries GPS surveys, so the humps, channels and drop-offs you see are measured, not guessed. What the data behind the map says about each species, season by season:
The outline encloses 1,696 acres, worked by 15 miles of shoreline. The 2.6 development index tells the story — a convoluted bank whose fishable edge far outruns the acreage. The shallow band under 15 ft claims about 2% of the surface — that's where the groceries are. Figure 5.4 mi of water from one end to the other, 1.7 mi at the beam. It sits in La Vallée-de-la-Gatineau MRC. Its nearest charted neighbour, Lac au Barrage, is 4 mi to the northeast.

Spring brook trout on Lac Grand hold shallow, usually 2 to 15 ft. By summer they slide out to 10 to 30 ft, and by winter most fish are in 3 to 20 ft. The chart's best answer is Shallow bay flat — feeding flat, 20 ft, good for winter. Prime time lands in early morning and the evening. The summer box starts with a small spoon fished deep or a trolled lake-clear wobbler + worm.

Come spring, look for lake trout tight to the bank in 10 to 40 ft. Expect a summer slide to 50 to 120 ft, then a winter hold in 20 to 80 ft. Start at Main-lake point. It's a point holding about 31 ft of water and rates prime come spring. Prime time lands in early morning. A white tube jig (deep) or a magnum spoon on downrigger is the honest summer answer here.

Spring puts walleye in skinny water — 4 to 15 ft is the zone. Warm water sends them out to 15 to 35 ft; cold water stacks them in 20 to 40 ft. Main-lake point is the standout, a point at roughly 31 ft, rated prime for fall walleye. Plan around the evening and early morning in the warm months. A crawler harness on bottom bouncer or a deep crankbait (trolled) covers the summer program.

In spring, sauger run shallow here, mostly 4 to 18 ft. Summer pushes them deeper, 10 to 30 ft, and winter fish settle into 15 to 45 ft. Secondary point is the standout, a point at roughly 22 ft, rated good for summer sauger. Time it for early morning and the evening. You won't need more than a bottom bouncer + crawler or a 3-way rig with stickbait most summer days.
