66-acre lake near Québec. The lake tops out around 20 ft. The depth chart comes from published agency bathymetric survey data, so the contours are survey-derived rather than computer-modeled. Here's the year, species by species, as the scoring engine sees it.
The drawn water covers 66 acres wrapped in 2.5 miles of bank. The 2.2 development index tells the story — a convoluted bank whose fishable edge far outruns the acreage. About 85% of the surface sits shallower than 15 ft — that's the weed-and-bait zone. Figure 1.2 mi of water from one end to the other, 0.2 mi at the beam. It sits in Portneuf MRC. Its nearest charted neighbour, Lac Beaujour, is 2 mi to the southeast.

Spring brook trout on Lac Boswell hold shallow, usually 2 to 15 ft. By summer they slide out to 6 to 20 ft, and by winter most fish are in 3 to 20 ft. The chart's best answer is Deep basin — deep basin, 20 ft, prime for summer. Prime time lands in early morning and the evening. The summer box starts with a small spoon fished deep or a trolled lake-clear wobbler + worm.

Break off the point is the standout, a drop-off at roughly 20 ft, rated prime for fall walleye. Plan around the evening and early morning in the warm months. Top water on the chart: Shallow bay flat, a weed flat in the 5 ft range, prime in spring. Fish it in early morning and you'll meet the bite. Throw a drop-shot micro plastics or a small spoon tipped with worm until the fish tell you otherwise.

Come spring, look for northern pike tight to the bank in 2 to 8 ft. They move out to 8 to 20 ft in summer and finish the year down in 5 to 15 ft. If you only fish one area, make it Shallow bay flat: a weed flat around 5 ft that scores prime in spring. Best bite is early morning and the evening. A bucktail or a weedless spoon over cabbage is the honest summer answer here.
