221-acre lake in Algoma District, Ontario. The lake tops out around 22 ft. The depth chart comes from Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry bathymetric survey data, so the contours are survey-derived rather than computer-modeled. What the data behind the map says about each species, season by season:
Drawn out, this is 224 acres of water rimmed by 3.9 miles of bank. Index 1.9 on the shoreline: a few honest points and pockets, nothing labyrinthine. Every acre of it sits shallower than ~15 ft: one big littoral zone, cover and forage throughout. Figure 1.2 mi of water from one end to the other, 0.5 mi at the beam. The water lies in Algoma District. The nearest mapped water is Rush Lake, 2 mi to the southeast.
