25-acre lake in Niagara Regional Municipality, Ontario. The lake tops out around 10 ft. This chart interpolates between a real shoreline and a known maximum depth. The drawn water covers 25 acres wrapped in 1 miles of bank. A middling shoreline index (1.5) gives it some bays to work without being a maze. There is no deep basin to speak of — the entire surface is under ~15 ft, prime weed water end to end. Figure 0.4 mi of water from one end to the other, 0.2 mi at the beam. Early season largemouth bass use the shallows, holding in 2 to 10 ft. Even in summer they hold at 3 to 10 ft; winter keeps them in 3 to 10 ft. Put Main-lake point first on the milk run — a point near 8 ft that grades prime for fall. In summer the feeding windows fall in early morning and the evening. Tie on a texas-rigged 10" worm or a deep-diving crankbait and you're in the game.
